Iwas riding a black pulsar. What a pickup, what a speed. Amazing!!!
I over took all the vehicles-"durrr.....".Suddenly the dream broken-"Jishnu.....wake up... the time is 9'O clock". I realized that the pulsar was just a sweeeeet dream and the real life starts here.
I was compelled to leave the bed. I boycotted the bath, as time is precious. I got ready. ‘5 more minutes to start the class' while having the breakfast, the clock reminded me. As it was impossible to cover 3k.m.s in 5minutes for my bicycle, I asked Amma-"Amma....can I go to school by motorbike?"
"No..no.. You don't go...go and sleep again"- suddenly the answer came
"Please.. Amma....." I pleaded. The answer was same again. I used the last number-"I don't need to go by bike. But it is running in reserve. If you allow me, I can fill petrol and we can go to Kongannur temple this evening"
"Yes you can go"-at last she agreed
I removed tarpaulin from bike and kicked the kicker. It started with a dull noise. I changed the gear and start my journey. I didn't have license, R.C.Book like unimportant things with me. As it was the end of the month and policemen need money, I chose another route, that doesn't touch highway
I was singing some lines of songs that I knew and didn't know, while riding.
Suddenly a hand appeared in front of me. The owner of the hand asked-"Are you to Payyoli?"
"Yea.. You can come with me" I said, as I knew, what he needs. I had an intention to show off my driving performance. I raised the accelerator. The speedometer needle showed 85
I asked him what his name was. He said something. It was not audible.
But I shook my head as I understood it.
"Where are you going?"- I asked.
"I'm off to Kannure"- he replied
"Where are you working there?"- I simply asked.
He answered in a firm voice -"I'm working there in central prison"
‘Oh!! God. I'm carrying a devil all this time'-I was shocked. Soon after the speed decreased. There was long silence between us
At last we reached Payyoli. I stopped the bike. He got down from it and smiled-"See you". But I said nothing
